Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Every bag is authenticated before it's listed through Coach Confirmed — a trusted, well-known authentication community made up of experienced authenticators, many with decades of experience and their own areas of specialty (vintage, Y2K, newer releases, rare and limited-edition pieces, and more). I chose this route deliberately: automated and AI-driven authentication services have become increasingly common, but they can miss details that an experienced human eye catches — and quality matters more to me than convenience.
-
Yes, at the buyer's request and expense. A full authentication work-up and Certificate of Authenticity is available as a $15 add-on, found on the sales page. If you'd like one, please purchase the add-on at the same time as your bag.

New arrivals drop every Saturday, with first access shared through Instagram Stories before pieces are listed on the site. Instagram is @brimo.co

When needed, bags are cleaned, conditioned, or gently refinished with respect for their original construction. We never alter a bag to hide its age or history — just to present it honestly.
-
We ship within the U.S. only, at a flat rate of $12 per order. We don't currently list measurements on every bag, but feel free to reach out and ask — or search the bag's model name, since most Coach styles have widely available specs online.
-
All sales at Brit's Bags are final. Because each piece is vintage and one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Before you buy, please review all photos and condition notes carefully, and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions — I'm happy to share extra photos, measurements, or details before you check out.

You can reach out anytime through the Contact page, or send a message directly on Instagram (@brimo.co). I'm happy to answer questions, before you buy.
